Today i knew that most of my friends and the coach are having a good time with their holiday , eatting resting and eat  all day hehehehe.
So i went on the track on my own for some workout . Yeah i meet krishna at the track but he was almost done when i started ... thought of what to do so tough training alone , warm up for 3 laps then i went for a 6 * 400 session  ... then  5 * 200 , 3 *150 and 5 *100 .
I hope to repeat this program opn thursday as well .
Split time
 6 * 400 = 1:26/1:23/1:21/1:20/1:19/1:14.
 5* 200 =  36s/33s/31s/30s/29s.
 3* 150 =   22s/20s/20s.
 5 *100 =   16s/15s/14s/14s/13s
