Lake Gardens

Its just few days to the marathon things are getting into shape now, with the last run with coach today then the rest of the days i will be doing easy run in the morning to get used to the weather .
Today run at the lake was unlike me . normally i do 6 loops round the lake in 53 mins but today i did 56 min lost about 3 min hahahaha thats fine because i was pacing abit not to push so hard .

For the remaining days i will be doing as light run and rest till that day .
Till then i will write what i have been upto before the marathon.

Hard Weekend

I havent surfer this much for a very long time and this weekend was the most rough one for me .
I went through a tough over 80km run in the space of two days just to get into shape for the marathon.

Saturday did the circuit run for 18 loops = 41.4km at the time of 2'58:53 and on sunday i want through another long run of 43.2km in the time of 3'01: 57 .

Im now feeling the pains at home now ,dont know how long it will take me to recover ..

Circuit and long run

This weekend is goning to be the most curelling weekend for me which i will take part in two tough run . first is the circuit run on saturday for 3 hours , then i will be back to the road on sunday morning for a 42km run with coach then i will see how my body will react to this two days of training .

Gym

I had in mine to go for a run at lake gardens but it started raining so i went for the gym. run on the treadmill . for the first time im using the mill it feel good maybe i try it again someday when im free.

Tuesday Track

Today i knew that most of my friends and the coach are having a good time with their holiday , eatting resting and eat all day hehehehe.

So i went on the track on my own for some workout . Yeah i meet krishna at the track but he was almost done when i started ... thought of what to do so tough training alone , warm up for 3 laps then i went for a 6 * 400 session ... then 5 * 200 , 3 *150 and 5 *100 .

I hope to repeat this program opn thursday as well .

Split time

6 * 400 = 1:26/1:23/1:21/1:20/1:19/1:14.
5* 200 = 36s/33s/31s/30s/29s.
3* 150 = 22s/20s/20s.
5 *100 = 16s/15s/14s/14s/13s
